Johanna has also established a career as a vocal coach and teacher, across all musical genres including rock, pop, classical and contemporary music. Working with both established and developing professional artists, she seeks  to improve vocal technique, voice timbre, tone, control and musicianship.

She currently works as a voice teacher at AIM (Australian Institute of Music) and has also lectured in scene work, acting,  and music theatre repertoire.

Her vocal coaching credits include feature film and television (Australian and international). She has worked with singers at MTV New York (recording and live awards).

She has taught casually and directed for the Victorian College of the Arts and has also worked casually as  Vocal Coach on X Factor  2012.

For Sony Music she has worked with Reece Mastin and Johnny Ruffo, and has also directed vocal and choral ensembles in Australia and New York. She vocal coached/consulted for a number of other shows including The Voice, X Factor, and the Young Talent Time Live Tour.
